Violine nach Pietro Guarneri (Venedig, ca. 1740) in der Vorderansicht mit Decke und Steg.

The original instrument is privately owned. It has been adapted to modern playing practices, a process in which the neck, bass bar, and other components were lost. In the replica, the missing parts are reconstructed according to the style and dimensions of a Guarneri violin preserved in its original condition from the collection of the “Istituto della Pietà – Venezia.” Both instruments are identical in design and size.
