The prototype instrument is housed in the “Collezione Artemio Versari,” a private collection on public display at the Church of San Maurizio in Venice. It is not in its original condition but has been adapted to modern playing practices, resulting in the loss of the original neck and some components. With a body length of 35.9 cm, it is one of Goffriller’s larger models.
